Real people, within 24 hours
Every set ships from the United States. If you email about an order, a real person reads it and usually answers within 24 hours.
Canada ships free. Everywhere else, Amazon
Orders to Canada ship free from CA$50, the same rule as orders to the contiguous US.
This store cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or other countries, so checkout will not show a rate there. Both sets are sold on Amazon in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Spain.
Damaged or missing deliveries
Email customerservice@bestknightgames.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and the damage. A crushed corner is usually one replacement piece, and we send it free.
A board that arrived with a crease is normal after a long journey and is not damage. Lay it flat with a few heavy books on top for 24 to 48 hours and it relaxes back into shape.
