A piece missing, damaged or faulty? Under the 12 month guarantee we send a replacement free. Fill in the form with your order number, which set you have (3X or 4X), the piece and its color, and a photo, and we will reply by email. You can also write to customerservice@bestknightgames.com.

That is normal after a long journey. Lay the board flat with a few heavy books on top for 24 to 48 hours and it relaxes back into shape.
