RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There is no charge for exchanges; customer is only responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.  Just email us at bcse@nwretailers.com and we'll provide you with return instructions.  All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be issued via the same card/payment method with which the order was placed.

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING

We ship orders out Monday through Friday with USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping charges vary depending on the quantity, size and weight of your order.

To find the exact shipping cost, simply add the product(s) to the cart, click "Checkout," and fill in your shipping address.  Then click "Continue to shipping method."  You will then be able to view your shipping options and the pricing.  (You do not have to enter any billing information in order to view the shipping options). 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are sorry, but at this time we do not offer International Shipping.
